Using the Power of Storytelling to Bring Leadership Training to Life
Project Goal:
To combat the Forgetting Curve experienced by DOT leaders after attending monthly in-person workshops by designing an innovative and engaging training solution to actively reinforce learning by prompting participants to recall and apply key concepts through creative storytelling
Target Audience:
Department of Transportation (DOT) leaders who are participating in a year-long leadership training initiative
